Engine shutdown while running

Solution

The fuel tank oil level is low

Fill the fuel tank.

Fuel tank breathing hole blocked

Clean the fuel tank breather.

Pre-filter clogged

Clean the pre-filter.

Fuel filter or filter is clogged

Clean or replace fuel filter or screen.

Fuel pipe blockage or leakage

Clean or repair fuel line.

The flameout solenoid valve loses power

Check wiring and solenoid valve.

The oil pump plunger is damaged or stuck

Replace the fuel pump.

Damage to overhead mechanism components

Check whether the rocker arm, rocker arm shaft and valve are seriously damaged, and replace the rocker arm, rocker arm shaft and valve if necessary.

Fuel injection pump failure

Replace the fuel injection pump.

Piston or connecting rod damage

Replace any damaged piston or connecting rod.

Crankshaft bearing damage

Replace damaged crankshaft bearings.

Adjust the low idle speed.

The oil passage between the fuel tank and the fuel pump is blocked or there is air in it.

Clean and repair oil pipes.

The oil passage between the fuel pump and the fuel injector nozzle is blocked or there is air in it.

Clean and repair oil pipes.

Fuel injection pump failure

Replace the fuel injection pump.


 

Low engine output

Incorrect fuel used

Drain the fuel in the tank and replace with the correct fuel.

Lubricating oil level is too high

Drain the engine oil to the specified mark.

Air filter element clogged

Clean or replace the air filter element.

Fuel tank breathing hole blocked

Clean the fuel tank breather.

Inability to reach full throttle due to bent or incorrectly adjusted fuel lever

Repair or adjust fuel lever.

Pre-filter clogged

Clean the pre-filter.

Fuel filter or filter is clogged

Clean or replace fuel filter or screen.

Fuel line blockage or leakage

Clean or replace fuel line.

Fuel pump failure

Replace the fuel pump.

Improper adjustment of the overhead mechanism

Measure and adjust the overhead mechanism settings.

Poor contact between the valve and the valve seat, resulting in a drop in compression pressure

Replace the cylinder head.

Turbocharger does not rotate freely

Replace the turbocharger.

The fuel injector is defective or clogged

Replace defective or clogged injectors.

Fuel injection pump failure

Replace the fuel injection pump.

Wear of piston ring or cylinder causes compression pressure to drop
