Check the fuel lines, fuel connections and fuel filter for leaks, check the fuel line to the tank, refer to the OEM's service manual.

Using low quality fuel

Drain the fuel tank and replace it with high quality diesel.

Inlet and exhaust blocked

Refer to the black smoke exhaust fault judgment logic diagram

The fuel injector is defective or clogged

Replace defective or clogged injectors.

Incorrect injection timing

Adjust the injection timing.

Incorrect adjustment of the fuel injection pump causes excessive fuel injection

Adjust or replace the fuel injection pump.

Rust in the coolant

Review coolant change intervals, drain coolant and flush cooling system. Fill cooling system with the correct coolant and water mixture.

Damage to the oil cooler of the power system

Replace the oil cooler.

Cylinder head or cylinder head gasket is cracked or damaged

Replace cylinder head or gasket.

The cylinder body has cracks or sand holes

Replace the cylinder.

Coolant leak

Check the radiator, hoses and joints to determine the leak location. If there is oil in the coolant, check the oil cooler for leaks. Check the engine and various components for leaks from seals, gaskets or drain plugs.

Engine overheating or compressed gas leakage causing radiator overflow, resulting in loss of coolant

Check for engine overheating and low power.

Air conditioner or torque converter cooler leaking

Check if coolant is mixed with torque converter fluid

Cylinder head gasket leakage

Check or replace cylinder head gasket.

Cylinder head has cracks or sand holes

Check or replace cylinder head.

Cylinder coolant passage leakage

Check or replace the cylinder.
