The fuel and engine oil added should meet the required brand and should be kept clean.
The maximum time for starting the generator should not exceed 10 seconds, and the interval time should be kept at 1 minute, so as to protect the service life of the battery.
Once the engine is started, the speed should be reduced, and the engine should be warmed up under appropriate load. After warming up, the engine should reach the working temperature before load operation. Immediate high-speed operation after starting may cause accidents such as shaft seizure, cylinder traction, and cylinder seizure.
When the temperature is 0 degrees Celsius, the flame preheating device can be used. There is a preheating chamber for each cylinder of the vortex chamber diesel engine. Use the flame preheating device to preheat for up to 3 minutes, and the longest starting time shall not exceed 15 seconds. When the ignition promotes the engine to rotate, the starter motor can be turned on for 20-25 seconds. If it does not start, it should be started again after an interval of 2 minutes (preheating should be done for another 1 minute before the next start).
The engine should be preheated when the temperature is too low
The engine should not be stopped immediately from full load, otherwise the engine parts will be damaged due to overheating. Instead, it should be idled for a period of time after unloading, and then stopped and turned off after the temperature is balanced.
