Deutz diesel engine FAQ
1. Deutz diesel engine has difficulty starting
(1) There is no oil in the fuel tank or the fuel tank switch is not turned on;
(2) The fuel pipeline or filter is clogged;
(3) There is air in the fuel system;
(4) The fuel injection pump does not supply fuel or the fuel supply time is wrong;
(5) The fuel injector does not inject fuel or has poor atomization;
(6) The temperature is too low and the Deutz diesel engine is too cold;
(7) Insufficient cylinder compression pressure;
(8) The starter does not rotate or is weak;
(9) The air filter or air intake pipe is blocked.
2. Deutz diesel engine has insufficient power
(1) Insufficient cylinder compression pressure;
(2) The diesel quality is poor or the oil contains water;
(3) The air filter is clogged;
(4) The muffler is blocked;
(5) There is air in the fuel system pipelines and devices;
(6) Valve phase error;
(7) The fuel supply advance angle is wrong;
(8) Insufficient injection pressure of the injector and poor atomization;
(9) The amount of oil supplied to each cylinder is uneven;
(10) The speed does not reach the rated speed;
3. Insufficient cylinder compression pressure
(1) The valve clearance is too small or absent;
(2) The valve and valve seat have carbon deposits, wear and tear, and poor sealing;
(3) The piston ring is worn and has insufficient elasticity;
(4) The piston ring is stuck by carbon deposits;
(5) The cylinder liner and piston are worn and the clearance is too large;
(6) The cylinder head gasket is not tightly sealed;
(7) Air leakage at the injector hole;
(8) The valve spring is broken;
(9) The valve and valve guide are stuck;
