Deutz diesel engine FAQ
13. Why is there water in the oil pan?
After cooling water enters the oil pan, the engine oil deteriorates. The main reasons for water in the oil pan are:
(1) The cylinder liner water blocking ring is melted or aged and cracked;
(2) The cylinder head has cracks and holes and leaks;
(3) The wet cylinder liner is cracked or has sand holes and shrinkage
(4) Wet cylinder liner is broken;
(5) There are casting defects such as cracks or blisters and shrinkage in the body cavity;
(6) There is a quality problem with the oil cooler. When the Deutz diesel engine is not working, water flows into the oil pan.
14. Why does the bearing melt?
After the bearing is melted, the crankshaft will be damaged and the connecting rod will be deformed. If the vehicle is not stopped in time, the connecting rod screw may be broken and the engine body may be broken. The causes of tile burning are:
(1) The amount of engine oil in the oil pan is insufficient or the oil passage is not smooth, resulting in poor lubrication;
(2) The oil pressure is too low;
(3) The engine oil is too dirty during use, water and diesel enter the engine oil, the engine oil ages, and the engine oil model is wrong;
(4) Leakage from oil seal pipe joints and oil-lubricated components external to the Deutz diesel engine;
(5) The oil filter element is clogged and the oil cooler is clogged;
(6) The oil filter is not firmly welded and falls off;
(7) The oil suction pipe is broken and the locking nut of the oil suction pipe is loose;
(8) The rotor in the oil pump is broken, the pump shaft is broken, etc., which will cause burning;
(9) The assembly gap between the bearing bush and the journal is too large or too small, so that the engine oil cannot form a certain oil film during lubrication;
(10) If the ovality of the journal exceeds a certain requirement, the engine oil will also be unable to form an oil film;
(11) The bearing alloy and tiles are not cast firmly and fall off during high-speed movement;
(12) The tightening torque of the main bearing nut and connecting rod screws does not reach the specified torque;
(13) The cleanliness of the body and crankshaft during assembly does not meet the technical requirements;
(14) Drill through the inclined oil hole of the crankshaft and the oil passage hole of the engine body;
(15) When the Deutz diesel engine has just started and the engine oil has not been fully lubricated, the Deutz diesel engine is allowed to run at high speed;
(16) The cooling piston nozzle of the 4110 machine is broken or fallen off.
15. Why can't the Deutz diesel engine speed be increased and the car not run fast?
(1) The high-pressure oil pump throttle lever cannot reach the maximum position, that is, the maximum fuel supply, the maximum idling speed of the Deutz diesel engine is lower than the calibrated value, and the regulation rate is low;
(2) There is air in the fuel pipeline system;
(3) The fuel pipeline or diesel filter is clogged, the small filter of the fuel pump is clogged, and the fuel supply is insufficient;
(4) The air filter is clogged and the air intake is insufficient;
(5) There is too much carbon deposit on the fuel injection nozzle;
(6) Early wear of the high-pressure oil pump plunger, etc.
