1. Difficulty in starting the engine.
1) Symptoms: Both the starter and the engine have normal starting speeds, but do not ignite; or sometimes it takes several long starts before it can ignite.
Cause of fault: There is air in the fuel line.
Nature of fault: Mechanical fault.
Solution: Exhaust air from the fuel line.
2) Symptoms: Both the starter and the engine have normal starting speeds, but do not ignite.
Cause of fault: The diesel line or oil-water separator is blocked.
Nature of fault: Mechanical fault.
Solution: Clean the diesel line or oil-water separator, drain the water separator, replace it if necessary, and finally exhaust the air from the oil line thoroughly.
2. Insufficient engine power.
1) Fault symptoms: unable to go up to high speed, high fuel consumption, black or blue smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe.
Fault cause: air leakage in the intake pipe or blockage by foreign objects.
Fault nature: mechanical fault.
Handling method: find the leaking position, eliminate the leaking fault, or clear the blockage.
2) Fault symptoms: engine powerlessness, high fuel consumption, and sometimes sudden flameout.
Fault cause: fuel line leakage or air entering.
Fault nature: mechanical fault.
Handling method: eliminate fuel line leakage and exhaust air.
3) Fault symptoms: unable to go up to high speed, and sometimes sudden flameout during driving.
Fault cause: fuel inlet hose is bent and compressed.
Fault nature: mechanical fault.
Handling method: straighten the inlet hose, fix the position, and the hose should not be too long.
3. Accelerator pedal acceleration does not respond. Fault symptoms: After the engine is started, there is no response when pressing the accelerator.
Fault cause: The wiring harness of the electronic throttle of the vehicle is short-circuited.
Fault nature: Electrical fault.
Solution: Check the wiring of the electronic throttle and eliminate the short-circuit fault.
