The Diesel Engine Emits Black Smoke When Working

(1) Check the air supply system

If the air intake of the diesel engine is insufficient, the amount of air entering the combustion chamber will be less, and the diesel will not be fully burned. Some of the diesel will turn into carbon black particles under high pressure and form black smoke. At this time, you should check whether the air filter element and the air inlet are blocked. ; The working condition of the supercharger, whether the intake manifold is leaking; whether the valve phase is changed, whether the valve is correct, whether the intake and exhaust valve seats are leaking; whether the piston, piston ring, and cylinder liner are excessively worn and have poor sealing.

(2) Check the diesel supply system

Poor oil supply in the diesel engine will lead to poor mixing. Even if the air intake is sufficient, it cannot be completely burned, thus forming black smoke. At this time, you should check: whether the high-pressure oil pump is improperly adjusted, resulting in a large oil supply; whether the oil outlet valve is not working properly, causing The fuel injector sprays twice or drips oil; whether the fuel injection pressure of the fuel injector decreases, resulting in poor atomization, oil dripping from the fuel injector, or the fuel injector sealing gasket is installed too much or is missing, resulting in insufficient fuel injection; whether the fuel injection is not in place due to excessive or missing fuel injector seals; Poor diesel quality causes poor combustion.
