1. Use a fuel-saving smoke reducer. Fix the fuel-saving smoke reducer vertically in the front oil circuit of the fuel injection pump and connect it to a DC power supply. When used on a diesel engine, smoke reduction is significant. It not only reduces environmental pollution, but also saves about 5% of fuel.
2. Install an inertial supercharger. Installing and using an inertial supercharger on a diesel engine can generally increase power by 15% and reduce fuel consumption by 3% to 5%.
3. Wrap toilet paper on the filter element. Wrapping 2 to 3 layers of toilet paper with strong adsorption on the diesel engine oil filter element can improve the cleanliness of the oil and reduce fuel consumption.
4. Install a foam plastic air filter element. Adding a layer of 8 to 20 mm thick foam plastic with good air permeability to the two layers of the air filter can improve the filtering effect, ensure normal combustion of the oil, and reduce fuel consumption.
5. Redirect the return oil pipe. Connect the diesel engine return oil pipe to the high-pressure oil pipe so that the return oil enters the low-pressure oil circuit, which can ensure normal combustion and have a significant fuel-saving effect.
